This site was established on Sunday, March 10th, 2003 in an effort to make this information immediately available to those curious about the issues currently before the U.S. Senate.

We became too busy to develop the site as we had planned.

It's now April 2005 and we're looking to revive things. With Moveable Type installed we plan to make information available as blog articles categorized into the sections we originally intended the website to provide.
